Brianna Gennett-Hawk
Brianna Gennett-Hawk (b. November 12, 2078) was the fraternal twin of Paul J. Gennett, Jr., and the sixth and first female Prime Minister of Cerosa. At the start of her brother's term as Prime Minister, Brianna was appointed the Secretary of State. On February 13, 2106, Brianna went to the Alterran Federation to discuss trade. There she met Alterran Deputy Chancellor Michael Hawk, who immediately became attracted to Brianna. He asked her out on a date after the meeting ended, and, flattered, Brianna accepted. After their first date, the two fell deeply in love, and after several months of dating, Michael worked up the courage to propose to Brianna. She accepted. In late September, her brother was sacrificed to the Mri, alongside their father, in an appeasement to the Mri to end recent hostilities. After this, she became the sixth Prime Minister, also becoming the first female Prime Minister.
Two months after Brianna took the oath of office, she was evacuated to Alterra when the Empire of Orwyn declared war on Cerosa as an excuse to expand it's territory. While on Alterra for two months, Brianna became an "Archon", an immortal being that has supernatural powers. Archons are very common on Alterra, but Brianna is Cerosa's first. She also reluctantly allowed Cerosa to be absorbed into Alterra itself, and named Michael Hawk her Vice Minister. Soon after, she and Michael were finally married, in Orwyn, of all places. After Cerosa was regranted it's independence, Brianna's approval ratings soared. In June of 2109, the Cerosan Senate passed a law proclaiming Brianna as Prime Minister for life due to her agelessness, overriding Brianna's veto of the law. In 2110, Brianna was forced to go into exile after Cerosa signed itself over to Orwynian rule. She went to Alterra and pleaded for help, which the Alterrans graciously granted. After a very tense showdown above Cerosa prime, Orwyn relented, and Brianna reassumed her place as Prime Minister. Later, she resigned her post, and then-Secretary of State Jason Gennett, Brianna's cousin from her mother's side, took over, reforming the government into the Cerosan Federation. She managed to survive the Catastrophe, as she was elsewhere in the Anubis Universe at the time (Not that it would have mattered, as Archons are immortal anyways).
A few months later, she consummated a pact between Cerosa and the Anubis Empire (via lesbian sex with Lilith Furi'Zel, the daughter of Fury Furi'Zel, ruler of the AE), thus allowing for Cerosa to become a vassal to Anubis. A few weeks after this, Brianna was reunited with Michael Hawk, who had divorced her after she left Alterra years before. Michael had become the "Orici of Darkness", a subsection of the Orici level of Archon. Michael had formerly been the Orici of Light, but Brianna had unknowingly achieved that status after he fell. Brianna was forced to combat her former husband, and with the intervention of the Doci Bad Wolf, she managed to return Michael to loving her. They remarried, and Brianna ascended to the rank of Supreme Archon, a level far stronger than Orici, shortly thereafter. After returning to Sarea, she was informed that due to a technicality in the laws, it was revealed that Brianna was still, in fact, the Cerosan leader. In response to this, the Cerosan Supreme Court decided to make her Cerosa's figurehead under her Archonic title. The rest of the government was unaffected.

Jason Gennett
Jason Gennett (b. April 16, 2079) was the seventh Prime Minister of Cerosa. Not much is known about his early life, though it is known that he joined the Cerosan Marine Corps at age 21, and stayed for five years, reaching the rank of Gunnery Sergeant. After he was honorably discharged, he entered politics and eventually became the Secretary of State during his cousin Brianna's administration. However, she and her husband Michael both resigned their posts, and Brianna herself asked Jason, upon his swearing in, to modify the Cerosan government to something similar to what it once was. Jason did so, reforming the Cerosan republic into the Cerosan Federation.

Paul J. Gennett, Sr.
Paul Jason Gennett, Sr. was the the founder and first Prime Minister of the Sovereign Republic of Cerosa. Born to Howard and Rose Gennett on July 1, 2045, Paul was brought up in a life of privilege, being the son of a Guerrillian diplomat. One perk of being a diplomat's son was that he was capable of reading things not issued by the state. As a result, young Paul began to read the works of Thomas Paine, John Locke, and Adam Smith. These readings convinced Paul that the fascist government he was born into was wrong. However, he was unable to voice his opinion. In 2063, he joined the Guerrillian Air Force, and discovered that he was a natural fighter pilot. He was able to rise to the rank of Squadron Leader by 2065.
In May of 2065, Gennett decided to launch a rebellion that had been formulating in his head for years. With the help of his father, Paul was able to recruit many other people to his cause, albeit discreetly. The first actual attack against the Guerrillian government took place on May 28, 2065. Once the rebellion began, Paul began flying missions on his own; his former squadron mates were loyal to the GT, and continually tried to hunt him down, failing each time.
In the Cerosan War for Independence (CWI for short), Paul proved to be a master tactician and strategist. This talent was helped by Melissa Gennett, who is Paul's second cousin. The two had been secretly courting for years, and married in a private ceremony on February 14, 2067. The reason Melissa was helpful was because she was capable of handling large amounts of battlefield intelligence at one time.
On July 5, 2076, the Resistance finally won it's independence from the GT. Paul dubbed this new nation "Cerosa", and the Resistance fighters all unanimously elected him to be the nation's first Prime Minister. Paul immediately set to work, writing down the Cerosan Constitution and creating a judicial branch of government, while the Cerosan citizens created infrastructure and homes.

Paul J. Gennett, Jr.
Paul Jason Gennett, Jr., was the fifth, youngest, and tragically the most short-lived Prime Minister of Cerosa. Born on November 12, 2078 to Paul Gennett, Sr. and Melissa Gennett, Paul, Jr. grew up being taught of the fundamentals of freedom, democracy, and republicanism. At eighteen, he joined the Cerosan Navy, and flew an SF-15 Raven starfighter, where it was revealed that he had inherited his father's skill as an excellent fighter pilot. He had also inherited the shrewdness of a diplomat from his grandfather, Howard Gennett. In 2100, at age 21, he became the Vice Minister of Cerosa, serving alongside Ernest Young, the fourth Prime Minister. In 2106, the current year, Young was killed in a fatal car accident, and Paul, Jr. was sworn in as Prime Minister at 27 years old, making him the youngest Prime Minister yet. Later that same year, he became embroiled in a very tense situation involving the Mri of Kutath, and hostilities broke out. Paul, Jr. sacrificed himself on September 20, 2106, alongside his father, in order to appease the Mri and keep them from attacking Cerosa.
Melissa Gennett
Melissa Gennett (b. August 12, 2047- d. June 20, 2112) was the first First Lady of Cerosa. Not much has been documented about her, apart from the fact that she was the second cousin of Prime Minister Paul J. Gennett, Sr., and that she served as the chief intelligence officer of the Resistance during the CWI. Unfortunately, She was one of the 250 million victims of the Catastrophe.
Jeffery Horace
Jeffery Horace (b. April 28, 2046) was the second Prime Minister and first Vice Minister of Cerosa. Not much has been documented about him. It is known that he served as Paul J. Gennett, Sr.'s second-in-command during the CWI. It is also known that he was a former tank commander in the Guerrillian Army Tank Corps. As a result, he is to tanks as Gennett was to fighter aircraft: the best in Cerosa. Now, he spends his days training tank drivers in the Cerosan Army. He managed to survive the Catastrophe, as he was on Alpha VII during the attack.
Dr. Earl Hastings
Doctor Earl David Hastings (b. February 21, 2030- d. April 13, 2099) was the first chief scientist of Cerosa. He was an absolute genius. It was Hastings who unlocked space travel for Cerosa, gave Cerosa plasma weaponry, created a liquid (named "Torilin") that can heal external wounds within seconds without leaving even a scar. Hastings was very close to the original First Family, and to Cerosa in general. He was the first holder of the position of Chief of the Cerosan Scientific Department (CCSD), and in his spare time, he taught at Thomas Jefferson University in Sarea, Cerosa. In 2099, he suffered a stroke, and died on his way to the hospital. His death was mourned nation-wide.
Admiral Emily Ryan
Emily Ryan (b. September 15, 2077) is the current Admiral of the Cerosan Navy. Though born too late to remember Cerosa's founding, she joined the Navy in 2095, and quickly worked her way up the ranks. In 2096, she was placed aboard the Cerosan Navy flagship, CNS Rosemary. She served there for nine years, until she was promoted to full admiral status in 2103, becoming Cerosa's first female admiral as well as one of the youngest to date, and given command of the Third Fleet in the Alpha VII system. When Cerosa became an Alterran Republic, Ryan feared that her command would be usurped by the Alterran liason officer in the Alpha VII system, Supreme Commander Joshua Harris. He repeatedly tried to convince her this was not so, and expressed that she was a fine officer. Ryan's temperament got the better of her, and she raged at Harris. However, this was what he had wanted; to get her competitive and to push her fleet harder than ever. Two weeks later, a commendation was sent to Ryan, and she was promoted to Admiral of the Navy.
Suspecting foul play, Ryan traveled to Alterra and confronted Harris, who admitted that he had in fact sent the request for her commendation and promotion, because, as he said, Ryan had "exactly what the Cerosan Military need[ed]. A fiery passion and fervor for [her] people".
